Our Story
Russell's Thai Tapas began with Nakorn's journey from Udon Thani in North-East Thailand, where he grew up cooking alongside his grandmother and mother and developed a deep love for the bold flavours of Isan cuisine. Starting his professional path as a kitchen porter at just 16, he worked his way through the kitchen with dedication and curiosity, exploring new techniques and experience while staying true to his roots. Today, Russell's Thai Tapas brings that journey to the table, blending authentic Thai flavours with a modern, shareable dining style designed to bring people together.
